At the height of summer there is often a glut of fruit and veg harvested from the garden and a great way to save some for a rainy day – or Christmas with cheese crackers – is to make chutney.
One of our founder members, Diana Linskey, is a dab hand at chutney making and it’s become an annual event for her to share her skills with us – see our website.
Diana has some fabulous recipes (see link) including a delicious Seasonal Chutney – a perfect gift for friends.
During the session Diana will take you on a step-by-step guide from chopping veg to jarring up the finished product, and everyone will have a jar of chutney to take home!
